The key to our successful pet odor removal is to precisely determine contamination zones so that each can be dealt with separately. We use several different inspection processes to determine areas of urine contamination. To break the chemical bonds behind the powerful urine odor molecules, we first use a specially-designed pre-cleaner to soak the area. This cleaner uses special enzymes to actually dissolve any remaining urine at the molecular level. The advantage of this cleaner is that it withstands the high-temperatures associated with our cleaning without using its effectiveness. Afterward dissolving animal odors in this way, our regular deep cleaning process removes all other stains.
